Personal data management policy

When you access and use https://birdz.opendatasoft.com/ and/or the services provided through this site (the "Site"), Birdz, registered with the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number 527 758 726, whose registered office is located at Immeuble Le Dufy, 1 place de Turenne 94410 Saint-Maurice, France ("we" or "BIRDZ"), as the data controller, may collect, use and process, to the extent permitted by law, personal data about you.
This Privacy and Cookie Policy (the "Policy") tells you what data we collect about you when you access and/or use the Site, how we use and disclose your data, how you can control the use and disclosure of your data and how we protect your data.
You acknowledge that you have read this Policy and understand it, and therefore acknowledge that you are fully aware of its contents and agree to it.

When you access and use the Site, we may collect, use and process, to the extent permitted by law and for the legitimate interest of BIRDZ , personal data :
provided by you, namely your email address, and, optionally, your surname, first name, organisation, location and telephone number.

All BIRDZ staff, depending on the needs of the business and subject to confidentiality obligations.

4/ Data retention period

We will keep your data for a reasonable period of time, corresponding to the period during which BIRDZ needs the data, subject to the relevant laws and policies. In particular, your personal data may be retained by BIRDZ for the duration of the service rendered for certain data (contract for the paying part), and for 13 months for visitor navigation data for technical support purposes.

5/ Your rights and how to exercise them

In accordance with the law, you have the right to object at any time, for legitimate purposes, to the collection of your personal data.
You also have the right to access the data collected, the right to rectify, update and delete processed data, the right to give instructions concerning the storage, deletion and communication of your personal data, the right to receive communication of the processed data concerning you as kept by us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and the right to lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL), located at 3 Place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris.
To exercise your rights, please contact contact@birdz.com, enclosing a document proving your identity and expressly indicating the right you wish to exercise.
However, if you object to the processing of your personal data, you may not be able to access and use certain information, features or services on the Site.
