This site provides non-contractual information on Birdz's activities.

VI. Collection and use of personal data

Birdz undertakes to collect, process, use and transfer Personal Data in compliance with the applicable regulations on the subject, namely the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and all laws or regulations ratifying, transposing or supplementing the GDPR.
The personal data collected on the site are recorded in a computerized file in metropolitan France by Birdz S.A.S. for Birdz S.A.S. for the purpose of managing Users' requests: identification data (last name, first name, postal and electronic contact information), data relating to the management and security of any account created from the DOMAIN, connection data (IP addresses, connection logs). The collection of this information allows :
the proper functioning and permanent improvement of the DOMAIN and its functions,
the management of requests for access, rectification and opposition rights,
the elaboration of statistics intended to improve the functioning of the DOMAIN and the quality of the services it offers
The information collected within the framework of the proper execution of the contract will be kept for 6 months in the active database before being deleted. This information is intended for the sales department and the communication and digital marketing department.
The Operator shall refrain from using personal data for any purpose other than those mentioned above.
Personal data provided to Birdz shall not be transferred outside the European Union.
Personal data concerning the User is collected and processed by Birdz through forms whose purposes have been described.
These forms indicate to the User whether the data to be provided is mandatory or optional. The online services offered by Birdz are only accessible to the User if the mandatory fields are correctly filled out.
Birdz undertakes to take all reasonable and appropriate measures available to it to ensure the confidentiality and security of personal data collected or posted by Birdz on the Site, including protection against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage. Birdz will notify the User of any violation of his/her personal data as soon as possible.
In accordance with the amended "Informatique et Libertés" law, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, portability, limitation, and opposition to the processing of your data by e-mailing our Data Protection Officer (DPO): personal-data@birdz.com.
The User also has the possibility of defining the fate of his personal data after his death.
If you believe, after having contacted us, that your "Data Protection" rights are not being respected, you may submit a complaint to the CNIL.

VII. Collection of statistical navigation information and cookie use policy

Birdz draws your attention to the fact that certain information that does not correspond to personal data and does not allow you to be identified may be recorded by our servers (browser used, IP address, etc.).
